Some of us have not learned to separate our personal lives while on the job. Though sometimes co-workers don’t mind being a listening ear to the ills, joys and everything in between of our lives, there is a fine line to speaking on these things all day. Especially if there is little to no work to show for the 8 or 8+ hours you’ve been at your job.
Solutions can be to speak on what your going to speak on then leave it alone or only talk about non job related issues on non-working hours. If that can’t be accomplished then just leave your personal issues at home.
